The Support Box
What’s Inside a Support Box?

Share Your Concern - We’re Here to Help You
The Support Box is a safe and anonymous way for every woman to share her concerns or challenges. You can write down any problem and place it in the box without revealing your identity - everything remains anonymous.
Each week, our team reviews the submissions and discusses them, offering guidance and support to the group. You don’t need to disclose that it’s about you personally; the focus is on providing support and solutions.
The Support Box is always open, and by using it, you’ll receive the assistance of the entire group. If you ever feel comfortable speaking up in person, you are welcome to do so, but it’s entirely your choice. We check the box regularly to ensure that every student has the support she needs - because no one should face their challenges alone.
Every voice matters, even when it’s shared in silence. Together, we create a community where compassion and understanding help us all grow stronger.
Yolanda Ortiz – Leading Our Support Outreach
Yolanda Ortiz is the heart of support at CSJ Learning Connection. As our bilingual case manager, she bridges understanding and care, speaking both English and Spanish.
Yolanda oversees our Support Box, where women can confidentially share their challenges and concerns by leaving a note. She is the first person to read each message, respond with empathy, and connect every woman to the help she needs.
